It does not cover patient information that we may handle for a client practice; that information is handled under a written Business Associate Agreement and the client’s instructions.

When you submit the assessment form, you give us your name, practice or organization name, business email, phone number (optional), specialty, number of providers, approximate claim volume, current billing setup, services of interest, preferred contact method, and any message you write. Our web server may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
Please do not send patient information
Do not enter patient names or other patient information in the form or in emails to us. If patient-level information is needed to provide services, we will first sign a Business Associate Agreement and use a secure method to receive it.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare and discuss an assessment, provide our services, protect the website from spam and abuse, and improve our website and communications. We may send you follow-up messages about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and email (for example, hosting and email providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and security. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Retention and security
We keep assessment requests for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep business records, and then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@medryzarcm.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.

This website is intended for healthcare businesses and is not directed to children.
